Each student is unique and has a different caliber. Some students may be good at sports, others may be geniuses of mathematics, while others may show great interest in English. A good teacher helps students explore their interest and identify their abilities. She encourages students to perfect their skills in the subjects or activities that interest them and at the same time ensures that they do not neglect other subjects or academic subjects in general.
